I’m so happy you’re here!

I am still building my website and so it’s all a bit “under construction” at the moment. Which I actually love.

I and my website are both a work in progress. I have also gone back to “school” (University) also. This year I will commence a post-graduate degree in Mental Health and Neuroscience.

I’m excited that I am going to ‘happen upon’ the latest research. I have a background in psycho social dynamics and psychology. It’s only in the last few years though that I have been able to ‘realise’ the value of this learning and how this would show up in my own healing journey.
